Our Projects
Acorn Technologies has played a key role in the creation
of a number of businesses, and some of these success stories
are outlined below.
At any one time Acorn Technologies has between 10 and 12
projects in its current portfolio, each at a different stage
of the research, development or commercialisation process
(as the case may be), and each requiring specific incubation
services. Confidentiality excludes Acorn Technologies
from publishing details of many of its projects, nevertheless
some examples are briefly presented below. Projects have
been classified according to stage: Early = concept to prototype
stage; middle = prototype through functional development
to market testing stage; late = commercialisation stage.
Acorn Technologies’ also has some strategic projects,
which are aimed at supporting and driving the key enablers
within the broader life sciences sector.
